New York, 1896, the nascent sciences of psychology and forensics are utilised against a serial killer. Not in the same league as TRUE DETECTIVE, but there are plenty of compelling scenes, especially those involving teamwork. Daniel Brühl is always good, and here delivers his best performance to date.
