Director Drake Doremus is shaping up to be a gripping chronicler of disappointments.
His previous LIKE CRAZY, and now BREATHE IN, opening the Edinburgh International Film Festival 2013. My review: http://www.filmaluation.com/breathe-in.html You read that right, THE LEGO MOVIE is coming! With the voice talents of: Will Ferrell, Morgan Freeman, Liam Neeson, Elizabeth Banks, Chris Pratt, Will Arnett and Alison Brie. Out in the USA on the 7th February 2014, and the UK on the 14th. Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson's SNITCH is coming out in the UK on the 21st.
Here's my take on it: http://www.filmaluation.com/snitch.html The restoration of silent romantic-thriller, UNDERGROUND, is now available to own on Blu-ray and DVD.
My review: http://www.filmaluation.com/underground.html From the team behind TARZAN, SURF'S UP and WRECK-IT RALPH, FROZEN is the big animation this winter from Disney. Out in the USA on the 27th November, and the UK on the 6th December. It looks we're going to be forgetting the dire WALL STREET: MONEY NEVER SLEEPS, but will THE WOLF OF WALL STREET be better than MARGIN CALL? Out in the USA on the 15th November 2013, and the UK 17th January 2014. Yesterday, Samuel L. Jackson spoke at a press presentation for a new cancer awareness initiative, 'One For The Boys', in association with The Royal Marsden hospital.

See the drop down to the right of the Home tab. Enjoy. The vital ambitions of art and entertainment: - Perceptiveness - Illumination - The unexpected - Innovation Brains and soul are key; but adrenaline junkies do not fret, there is also much love for an experience that delivers a sucker-punch to the guts via stunningly delivered thrills. Noun, “filmaluation”: The evaluation of a film Verb, "to filmaluate”: To evaluate a film I am well aware how difficult it is to make a film, put on a stage play, create a television show, write a novel, let alone make something of note. (That appreciation doesn’t stop me from having high standards though.) This online magazine is edited by Hemanth Kissoon. Filmaluation is owned by Filmaluation Limited (Company number 8549302.
